On 16-17 September 2014, a closed-door final jury session took place within the framework of the open international competition for the elaboration of a concept for the architectural and urban planning development of the historical center of Kaliningrad (Korolevskaya mountain and its surroundings_ organized by NP "Urban Planning Bureau "Heart of the City" upon instruction of Kaliningrad Region Government and with support from Kaliningrad City Administration.
The press-conference, where the final round results were announced, was held on 17 September 2014 at the Kaliningrad Art Gallery .

The final exhibition of the open international competition entries for the elaboration of a Concept of the architectural and urban planning development the historical center of Kaliningrad "Korolevskaya Gora and its surroundings" was opened to the public at the Kaliningrad Art Gallery on 19 September 2014.
The Award Ceremony for winners and finalists took place on 19 November 2014 at the Cathedral on the Kant Island.
